Terms And Conditions– LogiLuxe

This Privacy Policy explains how LogiLuxe handles information, data, and any assets collected by LogiLuxe or provided to us at the sole discretion of our clients.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies, organizations, or third parties that LogiLuxe does not own or control, or to individuals that LogiLuxe does not employ or manage, including third-party content contributors bound by contract.

For the purpose of this policy, “Information” refers to any data voluntarily provided by our clients through any means for carrying out work under a business agreement. LogiLuxe may update or amend this policy at any time, without prior notice, and at its sole discretion. We encourage you to always refer to the latest version of this policy.

This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with applicable privacy laws governing the collection and use of personal data as part of our engagements with customers and clients.

Information Collection and Use

At LogiLuxe, we value the privacy of our customers and clients. Our approach to collecting, storing, and processing information is outlined below. LogiLuxe reserves the right to revise this policy at its discretion.

Information Collection

  • All customer or client information is collected strictly for purposes defined in the business agreement.
  • Information, including but not limited to Non-Public Information (NPI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII), is safeguarded through appropriate security controls such as usernames and passwords, and shared only between LogiLuxe and its clients.
  • We may collect details such as name, email, shipping address, and financial information (e.g., credit card number, expiration date) via online order forms for billing and fulfillment purposes. If there is an issue processing an order, this information is used to contact the client/customer.

Information Use

LogiLuxe may use collected information to:

  • Provide updates about product upgrades, new products, services, newsletters, or research initiatives.
  • Develop content relevant to client needs.
  • Improve products and services to better serve customers.
  • Enable clients to purchase, download, and manage product licenses or access services.
  • Share information about software, services, or products relevant to clients/customers.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s device linked to their interaction with our site. LogiLuxe uses session ID cookies, which expire once the browser is closed. These cookies:

  • Help maintain user identity after login, avoiding repeated authentication during a single session.
  • Can be disabled via browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit site functionality, depending on which areas of the site are accessed.

Data collected through cookies is analyzed to improve our products and services. It is not used to personally identify clients or customers.

Sharing of Information

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, LogiLuxe will not, without prior client consent, sell or disclose NPI or PII to unauthorized third parties. Information may only be shared with trusted vendors, suppliers, or entities involved in the e-commerce chain (e.g., shipping providers) as necessary to fulfill client requests.

For example, shipping companies require a recipient’s name and address to deliver orders. Beyond such scenarios, LogiLuxe does not provide access to individual transaction data.

Communication and Legal Compliance

While we are committed to preserving user privacy, LogiLuxe may disclose personal information if required by law, such as to comply with judicial proceedings, court orders, or other legal processes.

Our websites may include links to third-party sites. LogiLuxe is not responsible for the privacy practices of these external websites. We encourage clients to review the privacy policies of any external sites they visit.

Data Security

When collecting sensitive information such as credit card or billing details, LogiLuxe employs industry-standard encryption and security measures. We maintain strict physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, ensure accuracy, and protect data integrity.

Access to personal information within our offices is restricted and monitored.

Children’s Privacy

LogiLuxe does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that personal data from a minor has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.

Updates and Corrections

If a client’s personal information changes (e.g., phone number, email, or postal address) or if they discontinue using our services, LogiLuxe will update, correct, or delete their information upon request.

Policy Updates

Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on our website and other appropriate channels to keep clients informed about what data we collect, how it is used, and under what circumstances it may be disclosed.

If LogiLuxe intends to use PII/NPI in a manner different from the one stated at the time of collection, we will notify users by posting a notice on our website for at least 30 days.

Enforceability

If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. Any unenforceable clause will be replaced with one that most closely reflects the original intent.
